Beachbody: Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6- Review Week 2

I have been keeping up with all my exercising! Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 is amazing I am amazed at how quickly I have built up endurance. It truly is incredible I have been able to walk farther and longer lift both the kids with less difficulty and carry in my Costco groceries myself. I know all those things might seem a bit silly but really those are the little things I do every week and being able to do them without any difficulty and with a noted difference is a pretty big deal to me. My biggest accomplishment this week is two inches off my hips! I could not believe it I had that measuring tape out and I went over it several times I could not believe my eyes. But all of Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 exercises are no joke. Especially all the hip and tooshie firming ones… okay there is no especially all of them are seriously hard and you can REALLY feel the burn. I expected this week to be a little easier I was thinking perhaps it would burn a bit less or maybe I would sweat a bit less. Nope. Not with this workout I still seriously felt the burn and I sweat like a little piggy ( I know pigs have no sweat glands but you know what I mean). I felt every bit of this workout every day and I mean everyday. I had Sunday of again but we spent the entire day walking around Pretend City Kids Museum. So it was no real day off. Tuesday the kids woke up early, really early, 6am early which is when I have been exercising. I was actually really upset not just upset that the kids had woke up early and messed up my plans but upset because I actually craved the exercise. That is totally weird from me I know there are a lot of people out there who talk about craving exercise I always thought they were crazy people. I have never been one of those people. But it was weird it was like my body knew I needed to exercise. So I sent the kids to the other room gave them Breakfast popped in a movie and finished my exercising. Was it interruption Free? No. But I got it done and that is what matters, right?
