Beachbody: Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6- Review Week 3

Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 is amazing! I have been exercising pretty much everyday. I am still taking one day off a week but I think I ma going to change that to just a very light scheduled workout instead of my usual day outwith the family exercise only (of course I am going to do that too). I always feel SOOO much better after I workout I feel like I have accomplished something, something HUGE. I have noticed that I am working out more intensely to, the more I do these exercises the more I enjoy them and the more I want to push myself. My favorite workout is the Burn it up! It is fun and even though I have been doing it for a while now it always feels new. I expected the exercises to be getting easier for me, surprisingly they have not. I am still sweating just as much today as the first day I started. I guess the biggest difference is that now I can work through the burn I have so much more endurance and I am more excited about the workouts. I love the Slim and Limber stretch it honestly reminds me of a day at the spa. I am so incredibly relaxed and calm afterward I have been trying to do this extra little program everyday. The hardest thing for me as far as Slim in 6 goes is finding the time. It really is not the easiest thing for me. With the kiddos around it is hard to workout. Kaia is pretty good but Mikey will not let me workout if he is awake. Even if I try to include him. So I have to wake up early in the morning an hour and a half before the kiddos which means between 5-6am. With that said it is so worth it. I enjoy this time for myself and I love that I am doing something to truly benefit myself and in extension something that benefits my family too. Because of my exercising I think I am definitely in a better mood, happier as a whole, more relaxed, and I have more energy to play with the kids. I am healthier, and I am taking steps in the right direction to an overall happier healthier me.
