Beachbody: Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6- Review Week 4

Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 is a great workout. I have been really enjoying my exercise routine. Which is a big surprise to me. I am not one of those athletic people I never have been. But I seriously love my morning workout. I love that feeling afterward like I have really accomplished something. I can feel myself getting slimmer and stronger which is so awesome. And Kaia is more and more interested in working out which makes me so happy she sees my efforts to live a healthier life and in return is trying to imitate that good behavior. Which is just what I wanted for her. I want her to get an early start on a healthy lifestyle. So it is easy for her and not something she has to constantly work at like me. Although, honestly I am finding that Iam not feeling the need to work at it. It kind of seems more natural now. I wake up in the morning and workout. It is almost second nature now which is so perfect. I know that I will keep this up past the six weeks which is fantastic!
