Beco Baby Gemini Carrier- Review and Giveaway

If you are looking for a fun, cute, and comfortable Baby Carrier then you need to check out Beco Baby! Beco Baby makes one of my favorite soft structured baby carriers. Beco Baby carriers are so versatile they easily grow with youre families needs indeed my carrier has grown with my children. So how can Beco Baby’s fabulous carrier get better? The Gemini has combined what we have been using as our go to carrier with some new features that are truly exciting. First I have to tell you the Beco Baby is one of our go to carriers because of its safety features from the two handed release on the buckles to the great straps, comfort and the ease in the way the Beco Baby cradles are kiddos. We know they are safe and secure and they know it too, when they are in their Beco Baby carriers. So how did the Beco Baby get even better? The Gemini has FOUR positions to carry your child in! All of which are very comfortable. You can front or back carry the same as before but you can also hip carry and front carry facing outward. There is a stage that my children and all of my friends children go through it starts around five or six months and ends around 10 or 11 months where our children just want to face out. They want to see the worked around them and they want to see it unhindered. During that period our kids got a little fussy facing inward in the front and they weren’t quite ready for back carrying either. So what to do? The Gemini has solved the problem, with the safety and security of a soft structured carrier and the ability to face forward in the front carrying position. I love how easy it is to turn the carrier into a outward facing carrier or to turn it back in when baby wants some privacy and security. This is a truly innovative and beautiful design with some gorgeous fabrics to show your personality and some style while baby wearing!

I have been getting lots of questions from my friends about how the Beco Baby Differs from the Ergo so here are a few differences that I have noticed:

Beco comes complete as a purchase, example, Organic carrier, Organic infant insert, and Organic hood are all included in the price vs. Ergos selling everything separately. Depending on what style you want, the carriers range from $115-160 and infant insert $25-38, keeping in mind that Organic is more in carriers and infant insert ( carrier and infant insert combo ranges from $140-198). Note, the price of a basic non organic carrier and insert is $140, that’s the price of Beco baby carriers, organic, chic, and envy (from other parents) all included!

Beco main advantage is STYLE!!! Parents love Beco because they offer parents a variety of prints, slim/streamline carrier and fit. Ergo does offer different prints but they cost extra and they now have a new carrier with snap on prints they sell for extra in a 3 pack.

Inner Panel. This one is huge and was such a life saver to me as a new Mom learning how to babywear. Beco makes back carrying easier, transferring baby from mom to dad a ease without taking our your baby out of the carrier, amazing option if your little one is fast asleep, checkout the video for a better visual of the inner panel in action.

Also, a big difference in the way a parent moves baby from front carry to back carry position, the inner panel is somewhat of a security blanket that holds your baby in place better that just a direct contact carrier here is a video to help illustrate.
