My son had awful reflux up until he was a year old and my best tip is to try to keep baby upright as long as possible after a feed and ensure the bottle is tilted whilst you are actually feeding the baby.

  2. My son was colicky and one of my favorite ways to calm him was to take a warm bath with him. He was much happier during and after the bath and It gave me a chance to relax and cuddle with him.

  3. My best tip is to use aromatherapy oil such as chamomile or lavender!

  4. Stephanie G says:

Both of my babies were colicky for the first 3 months and the best trick I found was wrapping them up tightly, holding them tight against me and walking around with them humming so I sounded almost like a motor.

  5. My best tip is to massage your baby’s tummy using the “I love you” sign (you can look it up on YouTube :P)! I’m following your blog.

  6. My best tip that worked with my son was to swaddle the baby and keep him upright and rock and rock and rock some more. =)

I remember nursing my son through a lot of his colicky episodes…never kept a feeding schedule, just nursed on demand and then some.
