CARS 2 races into theatres everywhere in Disney Digital 3D and IMAX 3D on June 24th!

We got a chance to see Cars 2 in Disney 3D. It was a fun movie. Kaia really enjoyed it and so did I. Cars 2 takes place Internationally with Lightning McQueen racing in Japan and all over Europe. I love when they visit Italy and go to Guido and Luigi’s hometown it is really so adorable. And I especially liked all the attention to detail throughout the movie. They had the Queen of England who was super cute as well as other characters like the Royal Guard and so forth. My favorite character would have to be Michael Caine he was a very cool spy car and I just enjoyed his voice acting. There was an especially Awesome Toy Story short before the movie that Kaia and I both really enjoyed and a quick preview of Brave which I am SOOO excited about.

Below are some clips from the movie ENJOY!

But the road to the championship is filled with plenty of potholes, detours and hilarious surprises when Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage. Mater finds himself torn between assisting Lightning McQueen in the high-profile race and towing the line in a top-secret mission orchestrated by master British super spy Finn McMissile (voice of Michael Caine) and the stunning rookie field spy Holley Shiftwell (voice of Emily Mortimer). Mater’s action-packed journey leads him on an explosive chase through the streets of Japan and Europe, trailed by his friends and watched by the whole world. The fast-paced fun includes a colorful new all-car cast, complete with menacing villains and international racing competitors.
