Verilux HappyLight 6000 Review

Seasonal change can be hard. I usually get a bit tired and rundown. I thought I might try something new and reviewed the Verilux HappyLight. What I found is that I love this little lamp. First it really isn’t too big so you don’t have to worry about it eating a lot of space. What I found also with its great compact size is that it is easy to move it from workspace to workspace. It gives off excellent light and at different variants. There are two levels low and high and with them you are able to suit the amount of light coming out to your preference. I have found that I have more energy and I haven’t needed my afternoon nap I used to take with the kids. I think that also has to do with diet and exercise changes I have made, but I think the light helps too. I am very happy with this light. When you are working indoors or by a computer all day I think this light could make a huge difference in your mood and overall health and wellbeing. It is important to get light!
